HND has distinct domestic→domestic, domestic→international, international→domestic and international→international transfer branches. Same-terminal domestic connections use the arrival-concourse transfer facility; domestic→international may use a transfer bus or the eligible public-lobby route. A domestic origin with completed international boarding may not require reclaim—confirm with the airline. International→domestic follows entry/arrival procedures including baggage and customs, then domestic check-in/security; if T3 domestic transfer counters are closed, check in at the appropriate T1/T2 terminal. International→international can follow airport transit guidance without entering Japan where eligible; terminal-change transit routes go to the destination transit/security facility. A public-lobby alternative requires permission to enter Japan.

For HND public-lobby entry, follow the international arrival procedure: relevant quarantine, immigration, checked-bag reclaim and customs. For eligible international transit remain on the prescribed airport transit route; changing terminals follows airport transfer instructions and destination security/transfer facility. Public hotel/landside access requires entry permission; T3 transit hotel has a separate itinerary and boarding-pass restriction.

Follow the actual flight/airline baggage and boarding-pass rules; ticket count does not prove through-check or entry. Transfer-bus/counter windows and live gates are not asserted from this review. No guaranteed connection time, minimum or protection. Arrival-transit buses do not establish unrestricted travel between already-cleared T2/T3 departure areas.
