The Japanese notice specifies the underground moving walkway (MSW) is unavailable; both translations say T1–T2 movement remains possible. Retain EN wording discrepancy, use shuttle/rail as clear alternatives and confirm current accessibility. No walking-time or unrestricted airside shortcut claim. Free rail tickets are only for the eligible domestic/international or international/international transfers and checked documents.
