- After security and passport control, with hand luggage only. Guests entering from landside need a valid boarding pass within 24 hours of the stay. Gate M is not accessible from the hotel. Confirm your itinerary and any checked-baggage collection before booking.
- Getting there & back
- Inside the airport: no hotel shuttle. For an hourly stay or shower-only booking, use the operator’s site and confirm the permitted hours.

- Landside. If you are connecting, check whether you may enter the Netherlands and leave the transit area.
- Getting there & back
- From Schiphol Plaza, follow the WTC/Sheraton signs to the covered walkway. The operator places the hotel about 50 metres along it on the left. No airport shuttle is provided.
