Start with the official checker
Requirements depend on your passport, residence documents, journey and whether you cross border control. Use the government checker for your own situation before booking.

Collecting bags, using public check-in desks, or leaving for a hotel can require entry into the country. Permission for airside transit is not automatically permission to enter. Confirm your actual route with the airline, then check the official requirements.
Your airport route
If your bag is not checked through, collect it and check it in with the next airline. Ask the transfer desk about an onward boarding pass; you may need the public check-in desks. Security may be required again. Follow current terminal and gate information for your flights.
