Sleeping at Barcelona airport

BCN is open 24 hours. For an overnight wait, ask staff which areas you may use and keep your travel documents handy. A bed or quiet seat is not guaranteed.

There are two seating and charging areas near T1’s B gates, and reclining seats in T1 and T2. Choose somewhere you can reach from your terminal and security area. Ask staff before settling in overnight: these are waiting areas, not designated sleeping accommodation.

Air Rooms by Sleep & Fly offers overnight and short daytime stays in T1’s public business-center area. Book a room and agree your arrival time before heading there.

From T2, take the terminal shuttle to T1. For hotels outside the airport, arrange pickup before booking if you are arriving late; each shuttle has its own hours.

Can I use it?
The rooms are in T1’s public area near Business Center / Puente Aéreo. After an international arrival, complete any required border checks and collect your bags first. Arrange a room and tell the hotel if you will arrive late.
Getting there & back
Walk from T1's public arrivals area. From T2, take the free terminal shuttle to T1 first.

Barcelona Airport Hotel (BAH)

An off-airport hotel with a 24-hour shuttle to T1 and T2.

Can I use it?
The shuttle is included when you book directly with the hotel. Arrange your pickup after landing; the wait can vary with traffic.
Getting there & back
T1: hotel-bus area at Parking G, level −1. T2: covered walkway between T2B and T2C. Look for the BAH logo.

Stay in El Prat, with a shuttle to the terminals.

Can I use it?
Arrange your room and pickup with the hotel. If you arrive outside shuttle hours, you will need another way there, such as a taxi.
Getting there & back
T1: head towards Parking G and go down one level to the hotel-bus stop by the motorcycle parking. T2: use the stop towards Terminal C.

An airport-area hotel with a complimentary terminal minibus.

Can I use it?
Ask the hotel about pickup at your arrival time: its published shuttle hours are inconsistent. Places are limited, only one suitcase per person is allowed, and the minibus is not adapted for reduced mobility.
Getting there & back
T1: Parking G, stop 5 or the available bay assigned to you. T2: Technical Block between T2B and T2C, under the white canopy. At night, let the hotel know when you are waiting.

A nearby hotel with a free shuttle that has long daytime and overnight breaks.

Can I use it?
Call after collecting your bags to arrange pickup. There is no shuttle from 11:00–18:00 or 00:30–05:00. Early-morning airport pickups must be arranged in advance.

T1: Parking G hotel-bus area, bays 1–9. T2: head towards the boundary between T2B and T2C. Reserve your hotel-to-airport seat at reception.

A nearby hotel with scheduled shuttles. For pickup outside the listed hours, call after landing.

Airport pickup runs 04:20–00:50 the next day at T1, and 04:35–01:05 the next day at T2. Outside these times, call the hotel after landing.

Can I use it?
Book the return shuttle at reception the day before. Seats are subject to availability, with one suitcase per person. If you land outside the listed pickup times, call the hotel.
